Amazing home with spectacular views from all windows and especially from the hot tub and gazebo. Gorgeously decorated with Thai antiques. Reading and waking up in the upstairs bedroom was devine. A piece of paradise just minutes from amazing hikes and a beautiful 30-minute drive to Bozeman. Bring a bicycle and ride Bracket creek road. Truly amazing!

My husband and I and our 2 Golden Retrievers spent almost all of July at this wonderful cabin. We have stayed here during the summer for several years and it never disappoints. We especially enjoyed the new back deck and patio this year. We grilled out most nights and it was very pleasant out back. We hiked almost every day but took time out to check out some of the other attractions. We enjoyed some time relaxing at Bozeman Hot Springs, stopped by Boulder Hot Springs (creepy!) but it wasn't open, rode the Gates of the Mountains boat tour, had fun at the Big Sky state fair, were pleasantly surprised by the Montana Grizzly Encounter (young grizzly Max was playing with a log in the pond), and on our last day we rented a raft from Rubber Ducky Raft rentals and took a fun float trip with our golden retrievers down the Yellowstone River. Brackett Creek cabin is a perfect location for all of those adventures. Thanks for an awesome summer vacation!

Very clean, well appointed cabin. The setting was gorgeous and we were able to see elk and mountain lions (yes, that’s plural!). We look forward to our next stay!

The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice.. you should see the contemporary inside! It’s absolutely ruined us for other cabins.. everything you need to cook with.. washer/dryer in middle of long trip (and all the detergent, etc).. tv easy (spend time on deck instead!), and omg, dog friendly!! Our 9 mos. old Vizsla spent her days chasing butterflies in the front yard. Saw deer, elk herd (he was bugling in JULY!), and a cinnamon bear. The most amazing, well-appointed cabin we’ve stayed in for last 20 years. No joke. Thank you for offering up this wonderful place! D & K

We stayed for three days at the Brackett Creek Cabin and absolutely loved it! I wish we had more time to spend there. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved that it was dog friendly as we like to bring our dog Otis with us whenever we can. We really enjoyed being able to see elk and deer right out the door, and it was nice to have land to explore without having to go anywhere. I highly recommend staying here!

Manager's Response

Hello Abby - It sounds like you had a wonderful stay at Bracket Creek Cabin - we're thrilled! We agree that it's a great location. And we're happy to hear that you saw so much wildlife. It's the true Montana experience. We hope that you and Otis will be back soon...and that you'll be able to stay longer this time. - Mountain Home Team

We have stayed at this cabin several times with our Golden Retrievers, and it never disappoints. The first night we were there a herd of elk passed beside the cabin at 3:30am. We had regular visits by a doe and her fawn. There is easy access to Bozeman, Paradise Valley, and Big Sky. We have enjoyed fabulous hiking trails throughout the area. This year we went on a fly fishing float trip down the Yellowstone River. Privacy plus all of the comforts of home! Can't get any better.

Manager's Response

Sandy & Dave, thank you for your kind words! How amazing that you got to experience all of that wildlife! What a treat. I hope you enjoyed the fly fishing trip and that we will see you all again very soon! -Mountain Home Team
