BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Situated above the Yellowstone River in the heart of the Paradise Valley, this home is perfect for groups and families, small and large! The home has four bedrooms, three baths, and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Extensive windows on all sides of the home offer unparalleled views of the Yellowstone River, mountain vistas, and the abundant and ever present wildlife. The home is just 25 miles from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There are four bedrooms and two and a half baths in this home. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level with an ensuite bathroom that has a Jacuzzi bathtub. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom has a queen, the second has two twin beds and the third has a bunk bed with one twin bed and one full bed on the bottom half.

KITCHEN/DINING: The main floor consists of an open plan with the kitchen, dining and living room areas. You have access onto the deck from the main living area.

LIVING ROOM: There is a family room on the lower level that opens to a patio with three bedrooms and a large bath. There is also a game room with a billiards table, arcade-style games, and board games.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The extensive wrap-around deck, propane gas grill, and rustic log deck furniture make for perfect days and nights with family and friends and the splendor of the awe-inspiring surroundings.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: It is just a 65 mile drive to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Carsey K Ranch is near Yellowstone National Park with a 30 mile drive to the North Entrance, open year round! Just miles from world famous Chico Hot Springs - pools, fine dining, music and dancing. Perfectly located halfway between Livingston and Gardiner. No traffic lights out here!

Overall

Had a great experience on our trip. Property was even better than we expected and our expectations were high. Home was great and had everything you could ask for and the location and views were amazing. Visited Yellowstone/Bozeman/Livingston/Chico Hot Springs all within easy driving distance and local eating establishments were all top notch. Staff at Montana Home were super helpful and available especially Christina who went above and beyond to help us with an issue. Highly recommend.

Wow. There are no words that could possibly describe the beautiful home we were blessed to stay in for the past week. It truly felt like home and had absolutely everything we needed and more! The views are STUNNING (the pictures don’t do it justice!) There is absolutely nothing this house doesn’t have. The kitchen/bathrooms were fully stocked and we lacked nothing. We highly recommend this property! Worth every penny!

This home exceeded all of our expectations - the location was stunning, the bear spray provided and other supplies available to us during our stay made everything so seamless. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a family vacation. We would return again in a heartbeat!

Overall

What a special place! The views from Carsey K Ranch steal the show--they are truly spectacular--but what was really extraordinary about this place was how comfortable, well equipped and homey it felt. I took a picture of the spice cabinet to share with friends because I've never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped! And it matters--we were visiting in October when it's not so easy to eat out. Coming home from Yellowstone and making a nice dinner in a comfortable space with all the right tools and a fabulous mountain view was a highlight of our trip. I hope we have the opportunity to return some day. The comforts and charm of Carsey K were the perfect complements to a day of adventure spent in the park!
