Emigrant Peak Vista is a remarkable vacation home that offers an exceptional scenic experience in Paradise Valley. This property boasts spectacular sky-high views of the Absaroka Mountains and the Yellowstone River which will leave you in awe. The interior of the house features an open, spacious floor plan with lofty ceilings, warm wood tones, and a beautiful river rock fireplace that creates a cozy yet airy atmosphere.

Dogs are considered with the owner's approval and a fee. Please inform us at the time of booking the number, age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you would like to bring.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: This charming residence is complete with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a bath with two sinks and a magnificent tile shower. While lying in bed, enjoy breathtaking views of the distant mountains. The second and third bedrooms have a queen and two twins, respectively, and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The owner meticulously designed the open kitchen, leaving no detail overlooked. This fully equipped kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances perfect for the group's chef. It also features a full suite of cookware and serving ware to help you prepare anything you can imagine. There is seating for four at the island bar and seating for six at the dining room table.

LIVING ROOM: The living area at Emigrant Peak Vista is open and perfect for entertaining. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or relax while admiring the best sunrise views in the valley from the sitting area by the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.

SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: This exceptional home is located on 27 acres in the eastern foothills of the Gallatin Range providing ample opportunity to observe Montana's diverse wildlife as it lies in a transition zone between grassland, sagebrush steppe, and forest. On clear days, the view extends all the way to Electric Peak in Yellowstone National Park.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The deck at Emigrant Peak Vista is equipped with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Take a hike up the hill to the east to see even more of the stunning Paradise Valley.

CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: Livingston and Gardiner are the nearest towns to the residence, both about 30 miles away. The small town of Emigrant is approximately nine miles away while Bozeman and Gallatin Field Airport are approximately 66 miles from the home.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Emigrant Peak Vista is the ideal location for various activities such as fishing, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, visiting Yellowstone Park, and unwinding while escaping the bustling city life. Both Livingston and Gardiner offer shopping, galleries, restaurants, and more, all within a 30-mile radius.

Very nice home with great views. Staff helped us with small check in issue. Very quiet property. The home has great kitchen items for a variety of needs if you plan to cook.
