Description

Enjoy 20 acres of property and a beautiful house in the spectacular Paradise Valley! Just minutes from world famous Chico Hot Springs - pools, fine dining, music, and dancing. Perfectly located halfway between Livingston and Gardiner.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Hillside Silo has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. On the main level are the first two bedrooms and a bathroom; one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom on the main floor is a full bathroom with a combined shower. On the second floor is the third bedroom that includes a king size bed and a full bathroom with a combined shower/bathtub.

There is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) above the garage that is included when the property is rented. The cozy ADU includes a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchen along with a washer and dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING: This spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for fabulous meals. There's a range, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, garbage disposal, and microwave. You will find a complete selection of cookware and serving ware. The dining area is open to the kitchen. Enjoy the views from the large windows throughout the house while dining with family or friends. The table sits six and there are two stools at the counter for additional seating.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Smart TV and plenty of couch space for you to enjoy a cozy movie night or favorite sporting event.
NOTE: Fireplace in the house is not available for use.

SETTING, ACREAGE, AND VIEWS: Hillside Silo sits on 20 acres of land on the hillside with views of the Yellowstone River and the Absaroka Mountain Range. The views from this house are one of a kind.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The home has a great deck with comfortable seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Catch sunsets on the porch with the family... a memory that will last a lifetime. A gas grill is available for your use to cook up the meats or veggies!

AIRPORT: It is 63 miles to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Chico Hot Springs, or "Chico" as the name is shortened by locals, is open to the public and is a must-do while you are here. Go for some great food, a relaxing soak in the hot springs, or some fun local music and a great dancing scene. Besides Chico, there is fishing on the Yellowstone River just a few minutes away, hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, horseback riding, golf, skiing, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Bozeman, Emigrant and Gardiner have to offer.

Beautiful views, very peaceful & quiet location ! Close to Gardiner & north entrance to Yellowstone. Many activities nearby. Bonus apartment above garage is great for additional guests! Also, great deal on rental cars from Montana Mountain rentals!

We had a great stay in Montana! The house worked great for our family with small children and my in-laws (they had their own space in the apartment above the garage). Everything was clean and we had all the things we needed to make meals and to sleep comfortably. And the views are beautiful!

What can I say about the Hillside Silo House - IT'S TOTALLY AMAZING!! It's in the perfect location, set between mountains, the Yellowstone River and far enough away from the tourist town of Gardiner that you can feel the peace and tranquility sitting outside when enjoying a sunrise or sunset! It's set up on a hill off the main highway and has AMAZING views from every window that will leave you completely in AWE!! From the mountains, the river, wildlife to even the weather - each time you look out the window, it's a different surprise!The house has all the amenities you would expect to find in a 5-star facility. It has a spacious floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There's even an apartment with another bedroom and full bath in case some in your party want a little privacy. We had a party of 5 adults, and we never felt cramped. The house is beautifully accessorized with all the comforts of home and there is an abundance of windows that you could just stare out of for hours and hours!If you are visiting Yellowstone, we would highly recommend staying at the Hillside Silo House!! You don't want to miss the views!!
