Description

Enjoy the luxury of this loft within Bozeman's Northeast neighborhood! Very private upper deck with fabulous mountain views and a hot tub. This home has air-conditioning.

Dogs are considered with owner approval and a fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number and age/weight/breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This two bedroom condo is located in Bozeman's Northeast neighborhood. This historic part of town was declared an urban renewal district in 2005 and a mixture of old grain elevators, businesses, newly restored homes, and historic old homes fill block after block. The architecture has an industrial look. Perched above some commercial space, the home climbs three levels with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main level has all of the living and kitchen area, a laundry area, and a half bath. The third level of the home is a bright office/sleeping space with access to a private deck with a hot tub. The home has modern appliances, gorgeous stained cement floors and counter tops, and beautiful wood staircases.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The second level has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom off of the master bedroom with a large tiled shower with dual showerheads. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination off the hall just outside of the guest bedroom. The third sleeping space is on the third level of the condo with a double bed and a private sleeping space. There is a deck off this room with a hot tub. On the main level of the house there is a half bath off the kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING: This kitchen is beautifully finished with concrete countertops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and a full selection of cookware and serving ware for your stay. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats six comfortably and there is seating for two at the bar between the kitchen and living area. There is also a little breakfast nook in the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

LIVING ROOM: The living area has a very comfy sofa and a nice leather chair situated around a large flat screen television. The T.V. has full Internet capability allowing guests to access services such as Pandora, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu and many others with a great sound system. There are many DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment. There are large windows that let in great light.

AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is 10 miles away.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Recreational opportunities are just minutes away as the area connects to a trail network that is great for both biking and hiking. The town of Bozeman has an incredible selection of fine and casual dining, plus endless art galleries and downtown shops to browse. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is 78 miles away. Ski areas, golf courses, hiking, rafting, fishing, hot springs, and horseback riding are all nearby. There's so much to do!

Place was great - we had an issue with the hot tub on day one and they came immediately to fix it. Great location and nice space to stay for a week. Very clean. Bed was pretty low for us but still giving it 5 stars. Pictures and descriptions are accurate

This place was perfect for our family of four. Super clean. Beautiful modern design. Steps from a great local coffee shop and Deli. Walking distance from Main Street and several parks. The view from the roof top deck and hot tub was amazing. I highly recommend this loft to anyone (families with young kids 8 years and younger should use cation due to the stairways).

This place is fantastic. Inside is modern/industrial, the kitchen and bathrooms are great. Huge, huge windows on every level let in the sun (with blinds). Having 3 levels is pretty cool, and on the third floor there's a place to work and a bed to stick friends/family who are visiting. Wild Crumb - the best bakery in Bozeman - is literally half a block away. We started every morning with coffee and unbelievable pastries. :-)Overall great experience, highly recommend.

In the time of COVID cleanliness was our top concern and this place redefined spotless! We had no worries that the loft had been properly sanitized. It was clear by the complete and total lack of dust and fingerprints.The loft is also steps away from Montana’s best bakery, Wild Crumb, and an easy walk into town. We will be booking this location again. Thanks!!

A well stocked unit with wonderful amenities. We had 4 adults and used the bed in the loft, and the two bedrooms. The furnishings, dishes, and bathrooms, and hot tub were very nice. The unit is located in an industrial area so there are some trucks near the unit.. Also you can hear the train once or twice a night. My family liked staying here during parent weekend for MSU.

Modern clean home away from home

This property is modern and amazing. It is close to Main Street. When you go to sleep in the perfect bed you will not hear any noise. It is three levels with stairs and we liked that but someone traveling with grandma may not find it convenient. The view of the mountains on the top floor is picture perfect. If you need to do work while here, no problem. The internet is perfect and there is a desk. We made all our meals here and the kitchen is equipped with every kettle and utensil you may need. The property rental group was helpful and even called to see if we needed anything. We had a rain day while here and the place was so fun that we enjoyed just being "home" all day!

The Loft ( Unit 4) has many pros and one one con in my opinion.Pros:1. First of all the people at Mountain Home are amazing to deal with in every aspect of your stay.The e-mailed me with every detail about checking in and checking out- I was a breeze.2. The Loft has everything you need as " A home Away From Home."3. Great location. Wild Crumb 200 hundred feet away. Montana Ale Works just up the street.Con:The nearby train came by several times at night and its whistle woke me up for the first few nights. Beware if you are a light sleeper.

The Archill'a and the Tanner's had a Wonderful Christmas visiting with our Married Children and getting to know each other... Thanks to Mountain Homes Montana Vacation Rentals. The Loft is a very neat industrial rental, spacious and well equipped for any thing you would require if you were entertaining at home. We had some cold and snowy weather this trip and The Loft provided a wonderful refuge from the elements, fun game nights and a place to create some delicious dinners.Excellent location to everything Bozeman has to offer... all the outdoor activities, Restaurants and shopping... you name it, Bozeman offers it in a style and class all its own!Though we only had four that stayed for the week... The Loft has plenty of room for 6, neatly laid out on three floors... the views from the 3rd floor are amazing... the Hot tub/views on the top deck will suit the skiing enthusiast after a long cold day at Bridger bowl just 15 miles away.All had a Wonderful Christmas!Thank You!

Summer in Montana - Beautiful

As soon as the kids were out of school, we dashed off to Montana before the crowds were too large in the park. What a great time of the year, mild - cool days and cool crisp evenings! And ... we had a fantastic place to stay. The Loft was perfect for us - room for 6 comfortably and all the amenities. The Loft is close to town so we were just minutes away from all the activity in Bozeman. I would certainly recommend The Loft to anyone. Wait until you see the view and the sunsets. Amazing! I can't wait to come back again.

Excellent property and location close to downtown. Unfortunately, it was smokey out due to the distant wildfires, so we couldn't enjoy the mountain views from the patio on the top floor. The Loft was very impressive and well constructed with modern touches in every room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We could have used a few premium channels on the satellite tv, but all in all, we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The loft is the perfect property to enjoy your time in Bozeman. The property is well maintained and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We were fortunate to have amazing weather while visiting and loved sleeping with the windows open at night but beware if you don like background noise because the train does pass by throughout the night, not as noticeable if the windows are closed. I did not have any questions concerning the property during our stay because we were informed of all the details prior to our arrival and the app was extremely user friendly.I would recommend the loft and the company to anyone travelling to the area.

Loft was well built, well equipped & clean. It was unusually hot weather and the air conditioning kept tripping off. The property manager was very responsive, but the issue did continue. We did try to open windows at night, but because it was a commercial area, it was very noisy early in the morning when trucks were being loaded at 6 AM.

This was a great property. The unit had everything I needed, was well maintained and was conveniently located. I loved the nearby bike trails and got a good workout on them each day. I also liked the coffee shop, bakery and deli that were just around the corner from the unit. I would rent this unit again.
