BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Nest is a cozy, self-contained ADU over a garage in Bozeman's new Willson 16 development. You are just four blocks from downtown Bozeman's bars, shops, and restaurants! A great alternative to the Armory Hotel.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a queen bed and shower/tub combination.

KITCHEN/DINING: This cute kitchen has a microwave, gas range, fridge, and all the cookware and serving ware you need to prepare and serve a full meal! The dining area is across from the kitchen with a table that seats two. This unit does not have a dishwasher available.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with a comfy couch and flat screen TV.

SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: The Nest is in a quaint neighborhood just four blocks north of Main Street. This 700 square foot ADU is located above the garage in the alley behind the Main House. There is a nice-sized deck to enjoy the outdoors.

AIRPORT: You are just 10 miles from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Walk downtown or head out of town to take advantage of hiking, biking, and fishing in the Gallatin Valley. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is 78 miles away.

CHECK IN: For this unit, check-in is at 3 pm. As this is a smaller unit, please inquire about an early check-in. Due to the size of this unit, in most cases, we can accommodate an early check-in.

So happy with this rental. Prime location between my conference and downtown. We took Bird shooters most place which was also super fun. Apartment has everything you need and more.

Very clean and walking distance to just about everything. Private parking space. The listing promises a dishwasher, but don’t expect one. The washing machine is an all-in-one, not stacking, and can be tricky. SUPER effective freezer, comfortable bed, good for a single person needing a kitchen or a pair that don’t mind sharing a bed.
