We all had a great experience at this home. Its location was perfect - close to town but still felt like we were out in the country. Plenty of space for our group, loved the backyard in the evenings! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was easy to work with - prompt and positive with response time. We will definitely look into this property the next time we are in need in Bozeman. Thank you for a most wonderful experience!

This was awesome and spacious beyond any other vacation rental we have ever stayed in! The rooms were tastefully decorated; the beds and pillows were very comfortable; the bathrooms had storage; closets were large; the kitchen was well stocked with spices, and paper goods, table service for 12; all kinds of pans, utensils, etc. For a beautiful hour or so drive, take Hyalite Canyon Rd that goes through the Hyalite Canyon all the way to the reservoir - a beautiful drive and so close by!! even though we missed the first night of our stay due to flight delays, the home was truly a home-away-from-home! So worth the price! You will not be disappointed in this conveniently located, home on Patterson Farm!!

This was the nicest vacation rental property that my wife and I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail in the home was phenomenal. The privacy and the views make it hard to beat as well. I cannot say enough good things about Patterson Farm and I cannot wait to stay there again.

I can not say enough good things about this home. Clean, comfortable, and huge! Well stocked and up to date. Perfect location: close to everything, but just far enough away to be private. The sunrise was amazing! A herd of deer visited every day in the back field. Comfortable and welcoming. Thanks for a great experience.

This property had stunning views from most rooms, was very spacious, had plenty of room for our family reunion. Really enjoyed sitting on the back patio, both for morning coffee and at night by the fireplace !
