There is an expansive wrap-around deck to enjoy the chalet’s private and serene mountain top setting.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The main level of the home features one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom. Across the hall, one of the full bathrooms has a tub/shower combo and the other separate full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms plus two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. The garden/lower level of the home offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom downstairs has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Down the hall is the second bedrooms which is separated by a wall with a king bed in one side and two twins on the other side of the wall. Off the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is complete with an eat-in kitchen featuring an island with seating for three. Just to the side is a cozy and dedicated dining area with a carved wooden dining table to seat up to six guests. There are two additional wooden bar tops to seat six more guests. You have direct access to the deck from the kitchen to grill your dinner and dine outside on the outdoor furniture.

LIVING ROOM: The living room features floor to ceiling windows to take in the amazing mountain views! Relax on the rustic leather sofas with a good book or a glass of wine and turn on the electric fireplace on those chilly evenings. There is a 60-inch smart TV. Upstairs you will find a gathering space complete with a leather sofa and club chairs, a dedicated work desk with a computer and printer and a large gaming table for family game night.

GAME ROOM: Located on the garden/lower level of the home you will find another gathering room full of fun games, a foosball table, jumbo connect four, chalk board, sofa, electric fireplace, and a huge television. There is direct access to the outside area from this room as well.

SETTING/OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Situated on 12 private acres in the mountains with hiking and mountain biking. There is wildlife frequently seen on the property including moose, bear, and mountain lions, please exercise caution with wild animals.

AIRPORT/TOWN: Sixteen miles to Bozeman's Main Street and 15 miles to Livingston. Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is about 26 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE: As this home is accessed by a mountain dirt road, a high clearance vehicle is recommended. In October-May, 4WD/AWD is required to access the home. There is parking for 4 vehicles only. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the house or on the property. No parties or events. For vacation use only, no commercial use.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting, and all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Yellowstone Park's North entrance is 67 miles from the home.
