This home has a strict NO pet policy.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This fantastic home sits on 10 acres with incredible views and plenty of room for the kids to explore.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The master suite is spacious with a king size bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Located on the East side of the house is another bedroom with 1 queen size bed with a walk-in shower bathroom. The westside guest room has 1 queen bed, 1 daybed (twin), and under the daybed is a trundle bed (twin). The fourth bedroom is outfitted with 1 twin bed, a bunk bed with 2 twins and a twin trundle under the bunk bed. THE TRUNDLE AND BUNK BEDS ARE FOR CHILD USE ONLY.

LIVING ROOM: Located in the heart of the home! Enjoy gatherings in this ample living room area and relax from your day’s adventure by sinking into the plush sectional and leather chairs. The wall of windows offers ever changing views of the magnificent Absaroka Mountain Range. Spectacular sunsets and starry constellations are enjoyed nightly. When you are ready to wind down, you can enjoy the TV. There is a three quarter bathroom with a walk-in shower off the living room.

KITCHEN: The wood accented kitchen is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. This large room features an electric stove, tiled backsplash, and electric oven. Modern cookware and utensils, a quiet dishwasher, large sink, large refrigerator with icemaker, bar and island bar with seating up to 4 more guest allow for substantial space. Ample lighting combine to lend ease in meal preparation. The windows showcase a dramatic mountain scape forming a backdrop to enjoy your meals by.

DINING ROOM: The dining area accommodates up to 10 guests. The kitchen and dining are open to the living room offering plenty of room for dining or hosting! Uniquely positioned viewing windows provide a wonderful place to sip your fresh morning coffee as you watch the rising sun!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The outdoor porch is a great place to gather and enjoy lawn activities or cook outdoor meals. You will find a gas barbecue grill complete with cooking tools as well as chairs.

SETTING: Wide open views of the Paradise Valley await you and prominent Livingston Peak is front and center. The home sits on 10 acres giving you plenty of privacy. The Yellowstone River is a short drive from your doorstep.

AIRPORT: The Bozeman International Airport is 36 miles away.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Visit downtown Livingston to browse the galleries and shops and sample the great dining available. Outdoor recreation of all sorts is just a short drive away … try whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, biking, or fishing.

What a beautiful Home away from Home. We were very comfortable. lots of space for our party of six. Everyone had a private, quiet room and bathroom. Everything was spotless, clean and in perfect condition. Those views from each window, especially in the morning were just WOW! The Mountain Home Team were wonderful to work with. Thank you for a wonderful Vacation.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at Skyhawk! The cabin was incredible with the best views. It was well stocked and very cozy! You can tell the cabin is newer and the decor was top notch. The double garage was a nice addition and overall the layout was perfect. We only had four in our group, but there was plenty of space for a bigger family. We will definitely be back again!

The mountain house completely exceeded our expectations! The sweeping views, the beautiful decorations and natural wood accents were fantastic, not to mention, the top notch cleanliness. We loved being outside on the patio with morning coffee or nightly glass of wine! We hope to come back next year!
