BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Springhill Reserve Retreat is an impeccable luxury home tucked in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains. Enjoy valley wide views to the mountains beyond through the picture windows and cozy outdoor seating area. This home offers all the peace and quiet of country living while being just 7 miles from downtown Bozeman.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: Upstairs on the main level are three bedrooms. First is the main master suite complete with a king bed, cozy gas fireplace, and access to a private patio. The attached bathroom is spacious with two vanities, a large soaking tub, an oversized shower with multiple shower heads, and finally an enormous walk-in closet. The second bedroom is down the hall with a king bed and is attached to a full bath with shower/tub combination. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom is a master with two twins and a walk-in shower. Downstairs is a large family room that also has two built in queen size bunkbeds and a full bathroom.

KITCHEN/DINING: This beautifully outfitted kitchen has everything a chef would need and more! Top-of-the-line appliances include a stainless steel gas range with six burners and two ovens, a five-door refrigerator and freezer, built-in microwave, and even a built-in espresso machine! Pair all that with beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks out of the window and you'll never want to go out to eat! In addition to all the aforementioned amenities you'll find a large island with bar seating for four, a TV with desk space beneath it, and tons of cabinet space. The custom dining room table has even more views and seating for six.

LIVING ROOM: The open feel of the living room and kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. Enjoy luxury furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace. The lofty ceilings and beam work pair nicely with the valley views to create a truly grand space. Downstairs there is a second living area with comfy couches and a TV.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Springhill Reserve has regulations in place that protect viewsheds and provide ample open space to make the most out of the incredible valley wide views. On the east side of the house is a cozy patio with a gas fire pit and luxury outdoor furniture. Nearby there is a covered deck with large gas grill and more outdoor seating.

AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is only 10 miles away.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: This home's location puts you only 7 miles to downtown Bozeman while also offering proximity to multiple Bridger Range trailheads for hiking and biking like Sypes Canyon, Middle Cottonwood, and the M. Riverside Country Club is just down the road along with the Cherry River fishing access site on the East Gallatin River. Yellowstone National Park north entrance is 85 miles away.
