BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Urban Renewal is a cozy, self-contained ADU above a garage in Bozeman's new Wilson 16 development. You are just four blocks from downtown Bozeman's bars, shops, and restaurants!

BEDROOMS/BATHS: There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a queen bed and shower/tub combination.

KITCHEN/DINING: This cute kitchen has a microwave, gas range, fridge, and all the cookware and serving ware you need to prepare and serve a full meal! The dining area is across from the kitchen with a table that seats four. This unit does not have a dishwasher.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with a comfy couch and a smart TV with Spectrum.

SETTING: Urban Renewal is in a quaint neighborhood just four blocks north of Main Street. The ADU is located about the garage that is accessed off the alley. There is additional outdoor seating that's perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a summer evening!

AIRPORT: You are 10 miles from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Walk downtown or head out of town to take advantage of hiking, biking, and fishing in the Gallatin Valley. The Yellowstone National Park north entrance is 78 miles away.

CHECK-IN: For this unit check-in is at 3 pm. As this is a smaller unit, please inquire about an early check-in. Due to the size of the unit, in most cases, we can accommodate an early check-in.

Perfect, new, clean, and walking distance to downtown. Everything you need is to cook or clean is available. A grill would have been icing on the cake.

I’ve stayed in BZN now 8 times in the past few years and this bar far was my favorite! Well appointed kitchen, including having plastic wrap, foil, basic spices and EVOO to use. So thankful, it made our stay so easy. The space was brand new! Very well decorated. I wanted to live there. :)
