Great location between Bozeman and Big Sky with central air-conditioning and access to the Gallatin River! This home's location at the end of the road gives you great privacy and close proximity to the river.

Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This cozy 3 bedroom home gives you end-of-the-road privacy with access to the river trail and fishing access on the Gallatin. Enjoy the forested feel on the deck with aspens and cottonwoods nearby.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Lyons Depot has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full private bathroom. It has a large closet, smart tv, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with large closet. The master and 2nd bedroom have ceiling fans. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed that will easily sleep 2-3 kids or 2 adults. The second bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 and has a tub/shower combination with radiant floor to keep your feet warm. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the master bedroom hidden perfectly behind the rustic barn door. A powder room is located right off the mudroom.

KITCHEN/DINING: A bright open kitchen with maple cabinetry awaits you! The chef in your group will love the easy layout of the kitchen, the high-end, stainless-steel appliances, gas cook top, granite slab countertops, great supply of small appliances, and quality cookware and serving ware. There is a bar counter for chatting with the cook and the dining table is just off to the side. There’s a dining table that will seat four comfortably. Just a few feet away there is seating for three more at the kitchen bar.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with a Smart TV. There is a cozy couch and chairs situated to enjoy a friendly conversation or stretch out and watch a movie, read a book, or even take a nap.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: There is a deck and outdoor seating to enjoy the woods nearby. The river trail is right out the back!

SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: Railway Lofts & Cottages is located in Bozeman’s charming community in the heart of blue-ribbon fishing country. The developers did a great job linking the property into its own walking trails with Gallatin River access (perfect for walking, biking and even cross-country skiing) and making it an attractive neighborhood.

AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is 9 miles from the home.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Take advantage of the neighborhood Gallatin River access and enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger or Gallatin Ranges. There is also golf, white-water rafting, horseback riding, and all that the towns of Bozeman and Big Sky have to offer. Yellowstone Park's North Entrance is 86 miles from the home.

Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location! Close to everything in Bozeman. We drove into Yellowstone and returned back to the house easily. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and nice living room and patio. Wonderful stay!

This home is incredible. We felt so relaxed and taken care of, plus it's a gorgeous home. They had all the amenities we would need to feel like we were staying at our own home. (LOVED the puzzles and games). The location is perfect, it is right next to the trail to walk down to the river. We highly suggest going to sit for an afternoon, it's gorgeous. It's a perfect location for Yellowstone (it did take us about 1.5 hours to get there) and Bozeman (the CUTEST town), not to mention the hiking that's nearby (go to all the waterfalls). We cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed in alot of rental homes and this was by far exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We felt like we were at home. It was very clean and loved that there wasn't a home behind us and was the last of the homes so was very peaceful and private. Would definitely stay here again!!
