BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Brown Trout Retreat offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the downtown Bozeman experience without sacrificing comfort or outdoor space. The home features "East meets West" décor, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious fenced-in yard, office space and two living room areas.

SETTING: Located just four blocks north of Main Street, Brown Trout Retreat offers easy access to the heart of Bozeman, including its many local concert venues such as the Elm and Armory Music Hall. Additionally, the fairgrounds are just a short stroll away, hosting numerous local events and a weekly farmers market during the summer months.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed. The master bathroom is accessed off the hallway and has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OFFICE: There is a small office on the main floor available for use during your stay.

KITCHEN: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave, and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. There is additional kitchen island space and a Keurig coffee maker available to use. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats four guests comfortably. Additionally there are two barstools at the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the dining room to provide plenty of seating for relaxation while enjoying TV . There is a second living room downstairs with plenty of seating and an even larger TV to gather around for a movie night.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Whether you prefer the covered front porch for a quiet moment or the backyard patio for hanging out and soaking in the hot tub, this home has plenty of options to choose from.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport is just a 10-mile drive away, making it easy to get to and from the property.
